    This meticulously handcrafted solid mango wood stool is a stylish addition to any space. Inspired by a roman style design, it comes in a stone look finish ideal for both inside and outside the home. Can be used as a side table, as a stool or just to accessorize the home. It comes fully assembled, ready to accentuate the beauty of any space.

    This products are hand-crafted individually and are hand-made from solid wood hence variation in size, color, finish, texture, natural grain pattern, knots, movement of timber etc are an integral part of the way products are.

    Order Confirmation

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. 

    We will then process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    In the rare case that your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.

    Order Shipment

    Your orders will ship within five business days from the date of your order. In the rare cases where we cannot meet this timeline we will reach out to you via email informing you of our expected delivery dates. We will keep you informed of the expected shipment date throughout the process.

    We will send you tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.

    In the rare case that you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at sales@elegantstoolstore.co.uk 

    Cancellations

    We understand that you might change your mind, and we will promptly cancel your order if it has not shipped. We regret that we cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.

    Returns* - Excludes Damaged Goods

    We hope you will be pleased with your order. However, if your order is not as you expected we will be more than happy to offer you a refund excluding the returns cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, with the original packaging and have been returned within 14 days.

    *This does not apply to damaged goods. In case of damaged goods please follow our Damaged Goods Process and inform us of the damages within 24 hours of delivery.

    Returns Process

    Once we have received and inspected your item, we will issue a refund to your card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.

    We can ship abroad, at an extra cost, starting from £20.
