Returns and Cancellations
We understand that you might change your mind, and we will cancel your order if it has not shipped.
We regret that we cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.
Returns* - Excludes Damaged Goods
We hope you will be pleased with your order. However, if your order is not as you expected we will be more than happy to offer you a refund excluding the returns cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, with the original packaging and have been returned within 14 days.
*This does not apply to damaged goods. In case of damaged goods please follow our Damaged Goods Process and contact us within 24 hours.

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will issue a refund to your card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.
